\nThe Relief Trust (Dhukha Niwaran Guthi) Nepal currently seeking qualified Nepali
\nnational professionals for the UNICEF Nepal funded project Project Coordinator
\nOfficer and Finance cum Administration Officer. The project will seek to enhance
\npsychosocial wellbeing of boys and girls; improve psychological well-being of security
\npersonnel and enhance their capacity to provide Basic Psychological First Aid to
\nchildren; enhance capacity of Psychosocial counsellors to support children with
\ndisability (specifically visually challenged).
\n1. Project Coordinator
\nLocation: Kathmandu and Madesh Pradhesh, Nepal
\nTerm: Full time for the duration of the project (November 2023 to September 2024
\nQualification: Masters\u2019 degree or its international equivalent in psychology, public
\nhealth, social science, or other relevant fields with three to five years of experience
\nmanaging large, complex development programs with a preference for programs focused
\non the psychosocial counselling and or mental health services.
\nProject Coordinator Officer will report to and assist the Executive Director with all
\nresponsibilities, including the development and implementation of the Project vision,
\nstrategy, and technical direction. The PC will serve as the secondary liaison with
\nUNICEF Nepal. S\/he will oversee Project implementation and be responsible for
\nprogram design, planning and implementation and for supervision of the team members
\nunder this project. The PC will assist the Executive Director with all aspects of program
\nperformance, both technical and managerial, and ensure that procedures are adhered
\nfor activity development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, procurement,
\nbudgeting and financial accounting. S\/he will work with the Executive Director to
\nmanage the recruitment, hiring, and to supervise other staffs and consultants.
\n2. Finance cum Administration Officer
\nLocation: Kathmandu and Madesh Pradhesh, Nepal
\nTerm: Full time for the duration of the project (November 2023 to September 2024
\nQualification: Master\u2019s degree in Accounting or Business Management\/Administration
\nwith minimum three years of work experience or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or
\nBusiness Administration with minimum five years of experience. Have strong
\nknowledge and experience with office accounting systems, including experience of
\nUNICEF Nepal's financial and accounting procedures is preferred, but not essential.
\nFinance and Administration Officer
\nThe Finance and Administration Officer will report to the Executive Director and is
\nresponsible for managing the Accounts section providing leadership on financial<\/p>\n
operations, monitoring financial accountability and ensuring accounting systems in
\naccordance with TRT and Project agreement financial control policies and procedures.
\nAt the same time as an Administration Officer, have to perform as the point of contact
\nfor all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
